margins

I seem to have lost my tab for setting margins for the top
and left. I am not sure what's happened here. If anyone
can help, I'd appreciate it.

tools > page options > compatibility > set to IE only.

Also try the tool on www.jimcoaddins.com for adding page margins to all pages (or
multiple-selected pages) all in one action.
