Margins - How do I set them?

I need to know the code for setting margins in a report. Also would the code
go below the Preview Report command code in my form or would I put it in the
Report code module.

Is there a compelling reason that you can't use Page Setup in Design View?
It's hard for me to think of a logical business reason for setting margins
at run time.
