This newsgroup is for questions and answers about Microsoft Access database
software. It's not clear to me _what_ "8 character key" you need, but if it
is not for Access, you need to find the newsgroup that deals with the
software for which you need that key. If it is for Access, you need to be
much more specific, because I don't know of an "8 character key" applicable
to Microsoft Access.
The online interface that you used makes it easy to be misdirected to this
newsgroup, and that may have happened to you.
