Marconi ATM adapter won't connect after network changes

I have several windows 2000 servers, running SP4. I've
noticed the same problem on all windows 2000 servers when
combined with a Marconi (fore systems) HE-155 ATM adapter.

If I make any network changes, the ATM adapter no longer
functions. For example, I've just installed the WINS
service on to a server. On rebooting, the ATM adapter (not
the LEC instance created) fails to connect.

My guess is that the system rebuilds network bindings and
attaches them to the ATM adapter, instead of the LEC
instance. Anyone know a fix?

Have you upgraded the drivers yet. There are newer ones available. I don't have the
details but I can get them if needed.
It might also have something to do with SP4. We are using these same adapters on W2K AS
with SP3 and don't have this issue.
