Mapping Network Drives in Windows 2000

We are running a workgroup with multiple servers running
Windows 2000 Server. All machines use same user
account/password combination. Is there a way to force
password verification when mapping a drive between any of
these machines?
 
It is being put into place for security reasons, to stop
unauthorized users from gaining access to the other
machine that are in the workgroup if they gain access to
any of the machines.
 
Then the "machine" they "gained access to" should not have been left
unattended with an active session. THAT is where the security issue lies.
