Mapping Fields

I am struggling with getting the data from a mailing list I bought into the
correct field in BCM. The mailing list "data fields" are different from the
BCM fields. Is there a tutorial somewhere that can help? While I am at it,
is it possible to delete all the Accounts I now have in BCM completely off
my HD? I need to start over. Thanks.

I would like to know the answer to that EXACT question. I don't see a place
were we can change the map fields to import specific data to my business. Can
any one HELP!!!???!!!

To delete Accounts defintively, first delete them, then delete them
from the Deleted Items folder.

To map fields on import, the import file must be CSV, Excel or Access,
then the mapping dialog will show up in the import wizard.
