Mapping Fields When Importing Contacts from Excel to Outlook

I appears that I need map the fields for every single contact. Surely there
is a way to do them all at once.
 
No, you map the fields just once per import session. Did you create a named
range in your worksheet that includes all the data to imp9ort?
