I shall be grateful if someone could tell me what "mapifvbx.object" is.
Came up on a Norton Windoctor ssan yesterday on one PC. It cannot be
repaired or deleted. A Google search yeilded a plethora of forum postings
but I could not find any explanation or solution. And most posts appeared to
be in German(?)/Spanish(?) - languages I don't know!
Adaware and Spybot did not come up with anything. The PC it appeared in is
working as perfectly as ever. Norton Windoctor is run from the CD on some
machines occasionally - it is not actually installed on any, BTW. We found
it somehow does a better job then!
But the entries bug me anyway as I found the Registry entries cannot be
deleted. (After exporting the existing values first though, as backup!)
