mapi error

When I try to open outlook I get this error "MAPI unable
to lad information service PSTPRX.DLL. Please check
installation and try again. I have uninstalled and
reinstalled Outlook 2002 and continue to get this error
message. How do I correct this?

Well, I got it to open up at least, but it will not
display any information in my folders. It comes up with
the standard internet message that says it can't be
found. I downloaded the patch earlier, but that hasn't
cleared up this problem. Any more ideas?
