MAPI error when I try to publish a form from user defined templates in system

When I try to publish a form I opened from User Defined
Templates in system I get the following error:

"Unable to successfully publish the form due to a MAPI
error. The objec could not be found."

I have published this same form on several other computers
using the same application (Outlook 2002) and the same
operating system (Windows XP) and have never gotten this
error before.

Do you have any code behind your form?

No, there is not code behind the form and I am not
accessing any addresslists. Any help you can give me
would be greatly appreciated!
