MAPI error on install

When setting up a profile after installing 2003, I get the
error "The name could not be resolved. An unexpected error
occurred: MAPI error number 800706d3.

I have reinstalled Outlook, reinstalled SP4 on W2K, I have
ran the fixmapi utility, etc.

I can set this profile up on another machine so it is a
workstation issue.

Any suggestions?
 
Update...

It appears it cannot resolve the Exchange server name. I
can ping and reference the server by its name from the
client workstation. If I try the IP address in the server
name box I get the same error.

There is some corruption in the MAPI function but I do not
know where t isolate it and fix it.
