MAPI error in Outlook 2003

I am receiving the following error when I try to publish
a form in Outlook 2003

"Unable to successfully publish the form due to a MAPI
error. The object could not be found."

I have not been able to find any documentation on this
problem. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I get this error all the time now when I try to publish a modifie
form:
