map data from two tables?

Hi

How do i map data from two or more tables using the unique ID .

The first table has a unique ID and name dOB address of patients. The
second table holds remainder of the patients data relating to nature of
illness and treatment and it also has a unique ID.

How can i Join or map the two tables to make it into one table?

I'm using Excel 2003

Your help would be very much appreciated

You can use VLOOKUP on Id and add the DOB/Address information to the other
information.
