many problems with microsoft site

while browsing microsoft office site for template downloads the web pages ALL
display errors. No downloads at all. Tried to use the 'report a problem' link
and guess what errors there too...apparantly microsoft does not want to hear
from us.

So there is no way to contact them, download templates or anything else.

I'm not having any problem with the page you link to. I won't claim that
there wasn't a problem 10 hours earlier when you tried, but it's also
possible that the problem is in your browser. Try again now and see if you
are still unable to access the page.

I can't get download the word templates for flowcharts (the templates are
visio). I have been trying for hours, and it keeps giving me messages
informing me that the tempate cannot be found. I have enetered feedback into
a few of them (gradually getting more and more annoyed as I go) but nothing
has happened.

Do I need a visio licsence before I can download htis template or is there a
problem with the site? If the former is correct it might be helpful to let
users know BEFORE they try. If there is a problem with the site why has it
been soooooo long (I first tried about 10am, it's now 2pm) before its fixed?

If you don't have Visio installed, it is quite likely that you cannot
download Visio templates. Of what use would they be to you, anyway?
