Many Dlookups any Problems?

I am using dlookups to queries in textboxes on my reports. I have been asked
to create a mega report combining about 15 reports into one. The boss has a
very specific format he wants so I can't just use subreports and combine in
one report. Each of my reports has 10-20 dlookups. Will using a large amount
of dlookups, perhaps 200+ in a single report, cause any problems? Thanks

It can be slow, especially if there are a lot of rows on the report.

Is there any way you can join multiple tables together and use that as the
recordsource for the report to eliminate the need for the DLookups?

Thank-you, I am going to take the quick and easy way out and use look ups for
the first mega report. Boss wants it ASAP. I will then take the time to do
as you suggested and combine tables for a faster, more correctly designed
report. eb1mom
