Manually inserting line breaks

Hi -

I'd love to know how to manually insert a line break (line feed,
paragraph break, or whatever you call it) within a cell. For example,
I'd like to be able to create a single cell value that is displayed as

Here's one line of text.
Here's another.
And here's yet another line.

The "wrap text" setting gets only part way there, since you can't
control where the wrapping occurs. I've tried inserting Alt-0010 and
Alt-0013 characters to no effect.

Anyone know a (convenient) way to do this?
