Manually archiving outlook failing

Hello,

I have a user that has manually archived mail in the past, now when trying
to archive, it blows through in about 10 seconds and doesn't actually
archive. Tried changing the date to archive before date modified, still
doesn't work correctly. Any help?

Version of Outlook?
Any error message?
Tried archiving to a new pst-file already?
If you are archiving from a pst-file use scanpst.exe to scan it for errors.
