Hi

First try Control panel > add/remove programs.

If not possible, right click on MSAS icon and choose shutdown.

Delete C:/Program files/Microsoft Antispyware

Download CCleaner and run "Issues" to remove registry entries.

you have to very care full.
let see trial and error method on one's own rrisk

safe mode.
before save mode set all antispyware service to disabled
remove the registry entries
HkeylocalMachine > software (GiantAntispyware)
HkeyCurrentUser > software (GiantAntispyware)
before making deletions keep the backup of registry handy
delete all the files in c:\program files\Micrsoft
Antispyware \*.*

All this in safe mode....
