Manual install of signatures

Is there a place where I can download the *.gcd of the
latest definition.

There are many times where you can't get a machine on the
internet and I would like to install the definition
without connection to the internet.

So far there isn't such a location. The download location is updated with
new definitions periodically, and the definition level is mentioned in the
text.
