Manual hyperlinks in XML docs (see cref)

Is there a way to manually enter a url in the XML summary comments in C#
source code modules? I have some components I'm creating that apply fairly
advanced XPath queries and XSL transforms, and I wanted to link to the W3C
website tutorials and references. Primarily because few people on this
project are familiar with XPath queries, and the MSDN documentation is rather
limited.

I've looked, haven't seen anything. We are using SandCastle to generate the
docs, BTW. Thanks for any help.
