Manual for Compaq/Deltec PRA 1500 UPS?

Hi all,

I am the lucky recipient of a Compaq/Deltec PRA 1500 UPS. Does anyone
have a manual for this beast? Specifically, what exactly do the 3
error lights mean? Mine is alternately blinking the green/on light and
the red/plug (AC?) light (the left most of the 3 error lights).

I just want to make reasonably sure if I put money into new batteries
this puppy's going to work.
