Manual Calculation For Range Only

I have a monster workbook populated with tons of SUMPRODUCT formulas. Everytime it tries to calculate the whole machine crashes presumably due to a lack of RAM. After setting Calculation to manual, how can I calculate just one worksheet or range at a time so my system won't crash
