Manipulating font and formats in Excel output

Hello,

Hope you are doing well. I wonder if anyone can help me. I am trying
to output information from a query in my database to excel and
manipulate the format automatically.

I have reports that create Word documents and allow me to change the
font size and color. Can anyone help me setup the database so that the
information from my query will allow me to change the font color and
cell color for my output to Excel?

I must admit that I am not great at Access, but I can do some things.
I do not have knowledge of VBA, so I mainly use wizards and simple
design views to build things.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Wes

It's not going to be possible without using VBA, I'm afraid, at least not if
you're trying to do it from Access.

You might take a look at my July, 2005 "Access Answers" column in Pinnacle
Publication's "Smart Access". You can download the column (and sample
database) for free at http://www.accessmvp.com/DJSteele/SmartAccess.html
