Manipulating an Excel File in VB.net

I am able to write to an existing excel file with data.
I am wondering how do I outline my rows while in I am writing data to the
excel file while in code?

what do you mean by outline, do u mean highlight ??

Im not sure what you mean either, but you can go into Excel and Record
a Macro. Then you can outline some rows, look at the code and put that
into your vb.net code. That seems to work fine when I have a question
about how to do something in Excel.
