Manifest XML signature not valid

I have had Lees Bingo running on my Windows XP Home for years. Suddenly it
won't run anymore. It comes up with an error message telling me to contact
the vendor of the software, he can not help me.

Can anyone give me some advice please

When I click on details, I get a long report, that makes no sense to me.
