Hi

Windows Server 2003 Administration Tools Pack
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...15-c8f4-47ef-a1e4-a8dcbacff8e3&DisplayLang=en

How to remotely administer Windows Server-based computers by
using Windows XP Professional-based clients or Windows Server
2003-based clients
http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=304718

The above is relevant for a Windows 2000 network as well.

I do not have Server 2003 admin kit tools pack. What do
I do now?
