Managing ICS

Hello & Best wishes everyone...

Does anyone know about any software or utility which could help me in
managing my home network ICS in specific. Is there any software which can
let me decide whether which user can use msn or not and if i want to
disconnect any pc from the network to not to use ICS without effecting
others...

I have win2k pro, acting as a router and then all pcs in a hub.

Hi,

Not aware of anything like that, you probably need to use a server
operating system and some type of proxy server software (Like ISA Server)
to do this.
