Managing Header Info With Rules

I am running Outlook2000 under WinXP. All email is
Internet-based. I get lots of SPAM (like everyone else).
I have set up rules to trap a reasonable fraction of the
SPAM and discard it. However, I would like to download
just the email headers, process them with the rules and
then send messages back to the ISP server indicating which
emails should be deleted "there".

Any thoughts on how I might do that?

Thanks

With a tool other than Outlook. Outlook (and other POP clients, as a rule)
will not do that. However, all is not lost. Take a look at SpamBayes
(http://spambayes.sourceforge.net/) a freeware tool with an Outlook Add-In
that will help you control your Inbox.
