Not ready reading drive A

Not ready reading drive A

Not ready reading drive A

Invalid COMMAND.COM
Enter correct name of COMMAND.COM(e.g. C:\COMMAND.COM)

What should I do?

Put diskette back, boot into recovery console, run 'fixmbr', 'fixboot', and
ensure the partition is active and all the loader files and boot.ini exist.
Create bootable XP CD and re-run setup booting off CD.
