making '>'s show up in replies?

Gaikokujin Kyofushso

I am using outlook 2003 and want to have ‘>' in my replies. The
problem is I can't figure out how to set it up to use those. Any help
would be greatly appreciated!

Click on your Tools menu item, then Options...
On that screen's Preferences tab, click on Email Options. The option that
you're searching for is there.
