Making installation cab

Hi,
I am using InstallShiled 8.0->SMART Device Setup Wizard to make my
application's installation cab file, everything is fine when i install the
cab file in pocket pc the only thing is wrong is the shortcuts which i have
specify in setup wizard in "\Windows\Start Menu" but after installation
shortcut path is "\Windows\Start Menu\Programs" do i have to do any extra
settings

The only time I have this problem with my shortcuts, is when there are
already 7 items on the start menu. Since on the Pocket PC, you are only
allowed 7 items on this start menu, I believe it "bumps" to the next menu
level.

The issue I have is when this happens, upon re-installation, this icon is
not replaced. Instead, another icon is added, presumably because it is
looking at \Windows\Start Menu for the icon.
