This group has been such a great resource for other questions that I thought
I'd pose a tweak that's been driving me crazy.
I'd love to have Windows automatically adjust the opacity of inactive
windows on the desktop. There are a number of utilities that can do this
(e.g., Actual Tools), but some don't work well with Vista, and most are part
of a larger desktop managment suite (which I don't want or need).
Is this a tweak that I can perform in Vista without the use of 3rd party
tools? I'm not above using a registry hack. Thanks!
