making hyperlink in query

i have one query that i want make one new field with hyperlink.because i need
the other information in other fiels of this query for making address of
hyperlink.
in my table there is not any hyperlink field.
for example in my table i have:
DOC No
dw-100-0060-0001

in my query it has been delimited to
doc type unit mat seq hyperlink
dw 100 0060 0001 "i want to make hyperlink with other
infomation in query"


please help me.
