making frames dissapear using checkboxes

Sorry about that. I have used the code mentioned before. The first code
works. Before I send the email, the checkbox makes the correct frame
visible, however once I send it to myself and open the received version, none
of the frames are visible, or all of the frames are visible depending on
which way I set the frame visibility on the property settings. I have
published the form to my personal forms library for testing purposes and the
problem still occurs.

You didn't check the "send form definition with item" box on the Properties page before publishing, did you? That's a no-no.

I did have that box checked, but I have unchecked it and republished the
forms but still having the same problem. It shows only to correct frame
before I send it, but once it comes into my email there is no frames or all
of them.

Does the Help | About THis Form dialog show the correct version information for the newly published version? If not, try clearing the forms cache.
