making formatting marks a different color

Hi, I'm running Word 03 and I'm making a Table of Authorities (TOA) (which,
btw I hope they improved in 07because it's really non-user-friendly) and so I
have a lot of formatting marks going on. It gets really difficult to
visually parse the formatting marks from the text. Any way to change the
color of formatting marks?

Also, any way to stop Word from automatically turning on formatting marks
when I close the TOA dialogue? It's particularly annoying because it makes
me lose track of where I was in the doc (the formatting marks add
considerably to the length of the doc and then after you turn off formatting
marks, it doesn't automatically put you back to where you were).

Thanks very much.

It was due to a poorly designed interface. Access is the default
newsgroup. If you click on the arrow where Access is listed, it will drop
down a list of newsgroups.

Thanks for letting us know you will find the correct newsgroup.
