Making file size smaller

While reading this research page below:
http://stream.uen.org/medsol/digvid/html/D7_howmuchfit.html

I see that the file size can vary between 0.78 MB/min and 15.1 MB/min
depending on, I believe, the fps. And they all refer to WindowsMedia v9.

My question is: how do I get the smaller file size? Right now I'm at approx.
4 MB/min but I'd love to get it down to 0.78 MB/min.

Thanks.

As you pointed to that reference, you should find looking at your choices
easy.... in the Saving Movie Wizard, go through the choices in the drop down
list and note the info in the lower part of the wizard screen, which will
include the file size for that choice.

And see the Saving Movies > Sample Video Clips page of my website for some
more stats... and sample files to look at without rendering...
