Making fields trigger a vb-code

Hello,

I am still new to MS-Access programming.

I want to know if it is possible to automatically trigger an event, when a table value is set into a certain range, using a vb-code. Assuming that the table shall not be open, only forms is in the display.

Your advise in this matter is appreciated.
