Making fields disappear on a form once something is selected

I have a form that for Incoming Mail
- in one field I select what type of contact it is (from one of 3 tables-
company, congregation or contact)
- then from the appropriate table I select who sent us the mail
- there is a default value of an invalid name on each field, so if for
example I select a company, the congregation and contact fields will
automatically be invalid

What I want to do (because I don't know enough code to do this better) is
create a macro to make the two fields I'm not using disappear on my form when
I select another contact type
Eg. If I select Company, the congregation and contact fields will disappear

Can anyone help me? please!?

Hi Kat - have you tried using Conditional Formatting. You can't actually make
fields 'disappear' with can say something like - 'If the Congregation Field
is Not Null, format this field so it can't be seen'. Yours - Dika
