Making Excel look like one application

Just got a new computer at work.
Excel used to appear to be one application at the bottom
of the screen - Now each spreadsheet appears to be a
seperate application and it clutters up the bottom of the
screen. Do I have the option to change this back to the
old view?

On the View tab change
Windows in Taskbar
