Making a toolbar button that can format cells a certain way...

In lieu of changing color, shading, outline, bold in 4 separate steps,
I'd like to have a button that does it. Perhaps it'd be a button tied
to a macro? Or some other way?
 
One way:

Use Tools/Customize to put the Style dropdown control (from the Edit
category) on a toolbar.

Create a style or styles (Format/Styles...) with the combination you
want. Choose the style from the Style dropdown.
