making a block on table design in color

In the table design I have it set to text, but I need to know what the
formula is to input in the format section in order to make the items typed in
the block in Red. Can anyone help please. Thanks

You don't format data in the table. You format data in a form, query, or
report. You can use conditional formatting if you wish for the color to be
selected based on the value in the field. For example, everything less than
100 in red, between 101 and 500 in orange, etc.
