I have never tried anything except a bitmap for wallpapers but I use
HKCR\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop - Wallpaper

If I recall correctly, it is not possible to use shortcuts like %11%
for the path. You need to use the full path. eg.
c:\Windows\winxpe_logo.gif

Do not use HKEY _ CURRENT _ USER?

I use full path & BMP format not to still present the picture .

I look over registry, HKEY _ CURRENT _ USER\Control
Panel\Desktop\ConvertedWallpaper
Really have C: \Windows\system32\test.bmp

HKCU can be used if you want to change it at runtime. I just add it to
HKU in Target designer.

I don't use "ConvertedWallpaper", I use "WallPaper"

My modification ConvertedWallpaper is WallPaper.
But after FBA, WallPaper which checks registry is none .
Does this SLD carry out too early in FBA?

I don't understand what you are doing.

In my SLD I add:

File:
Background.bmp
Added to path %10%

Registry value:
HKEY_USERS
..DEFAULT\Control Panel\Desktop
Wallpaper
C:\Windows\Background.bmp

This is all I need to do to have it work.
