Make-table query

Hi i was wondering if it was possible to use a Make-query table in a form, as
everytime i try this i get an error message "The query cannot be used as a
row source" i needed a simple solution as this is only a GCSE project

Make-table queries cannot be used as the RowSource for a control, nor as the
RecordSource for a form or report. The same is true for any type of action
query.

form, in a mail merge
 
If the form's RecordSource query is stored as a standalone query, you can
use it as a "table" in any other query.

Any Select query can be used as the source of a mailmerge. It is NOT necessary
to create a new table just for that purpose (which is what a MakeTable does).

Could you explain the context? What query are you trying to use, and what
problems are you having - e.g. specific error messages?
