make table query

I want to design a make table query that will make a new table and allow me
to set one of the fields as being indexed. The query will be run several
times during the day and I don't want the user to have to go and change the
property everytime they make this table. Does anyone have any suggestions
on how I can do this?

Create your table the way you want it. Then instead of running a Make-table
query, run a Delete query to clear the table, then an Append query to
re-fill it.
