Make Repeat Command (F4) work for Format Picture

Past versions of PPT allowed pictures to be resized, then the command
repeated via F4 for other pictures. This capability should be restored!!!

Yeah, I kinda miss that one.

You might want to check RnR Starter Set. There's a hammer tool that will do
this (as well as place the image precisely where you want it). Oh, and the
Starter Set is free!
