Make query to calculate two dates

Hii
i have employees Table including general information of employees and one of
fields is [hire date]
i need to make a query to calculate between current date and hire date and
calculate the experience of employees

for example
current date is 27/11/2008
hire date is 20/10/2000
the experience is 07 days - 01 month - 08 years

how i do it?
please help

Check the DateDiff() function in Access HELP to do the initial calculation.
