make place cards in Word mirror image text

I am trying to make table place cards for use at a banquet. The font needs to
be large and the names have to be mirrored one on each side of the folded
card. I can rotate the text box but the words stay put. Or I can change the
text direction but only left or right, not upside down. Thanks

First set the orientation for the entire page to Landscape. Insert a table, with
one row and two columns, and turn off its borders. Drag the bottom of the table
down so it fills most of the page.

In the left cell, turn the text direction 90 degrees clockwise; in the right
cell, turn it 90 degrees counterclockwise.

Rotate your thinking. Create a two-column (borderless) table and rotate the
text in opposite directions in the two cells.
