Make music video?

I saw how to create a music video using the music recorded during the
scene, but would like to use a song from a CD that was recorded and mixed
in a studio.

The action was performed to the song and we see the lead girl singing in
many different scenarios. The goal is to snip here and there, while keeping
the lips in sync?

How do I get lips not to look like one of the old dubbed foreign movies? In
other words, the sync is a bear to fix - challenging to get precise. Or is
that impossible to get precise?

An ADD IN perhaps? Program other than MM2?
