Make Main Menu remain same size every time

Using Office 2003 and Windows XP.

I need to have my DB open maximized and the Main Menu form to open to a
certain size every time.

The problem is, I am automating MS-Access from MS-Excel and it works fine,
except that when the DB is opened from MS-Excel, the initial opening window
is small (don't know why), but then the window maximizes - great; however,
the Main Menu in the DB is small - the same size as when the DB window opened
small.

This means that the user will see a tiny main menu every time they open and
have to manually resize it. How can I work around this or get it to work?

Try:

objAcc.RunCommand acCmdAppMaximize

where objAcc is your Access object.

The Application maximizes OK; the problem is the Main Menu is resized and
small.

In the Main Menu form's Load Event add:

Docmd.Maximize

That should do it.
