make html tables linkable to an MDB

hey i want to be able to product HTML tables that can be consumed via
Access MDB link to files of type HTML

so i can take my HTML reports and consume them back in Access

are there guidelines for doing this?
 
like.. i want to be able to link to my html tables through MDB.

does anyone know what guidelines i need to follow on the HTML side of
the equation to do this?
